Is there a way to keep secondary vaults locked when unlocking primary vault?
With 1Password 5.1, I decided to try out the multiple vault feature. I have so far kept all financial and other sensitive information out of my vault because I want it secured under a stronger password. I was able to create a new vault with a stronger password, but find that unlocking my primary vault with a weaker password also unlocks my secondary vault.
Is there any way to require the secondary vault password to be entered for use?

No anytime the primary is unlocked the secondary is unlocked.
You can unlock the secondary first and keep the primary secure. Not what you are looking for I know.
Some folks are asking for a change in regards to this. I would think you would want to be added to that list ?
cc @Megan - Can you add the OP vote to the feature request thats on file.

How?
Please add my vote as well, this should make vaults infinitely more useful.

Hi @Eitot,
To unlock directly to the secondary vault by using the 1Password > Switch to Vault menu when 1Password is locked. This will unlock only the selected vault and the Master Password will be required when switching vaults.
Personally, I love having access to all my data simply when unlocking my primary vault. It's really convenient, and since my Master Password on my primary vault is nice and strong, I don't worry about the data in my primary vault, or any of my secondary vaults.
That being said, I will pass your thoughts along to our team.

@Megan: Thanks. I would never have thought about that! May I suggest to add a dropdown menu to the ‘lock screen’? This menu item is too obscure.
As Kate Ward, I have my own reasons for using separate vaults and I can completely understand her way of thinking (i.e. using vaults to lock away more sensitive data). I think the problem is that your team has conceptualised the vaults feature from a different angle, namely sharing. In that light it makes complete sense why 1Password has only these isolated ‘sub vaults’.
