License for 1Password 5 requires re-entering

I've now had to re-link my license three times to my software. It re-links successfully, but I'm not sure why it stops recognising it. Anyone else know why or had this issue?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the license, that's a bit odd. Could you let me know the version number of 1Password and your operating system? You can find the version number in the 1Password > About 1Password menu.
