1Password 4 Parallels Bundle License Upgrade

How come my 1Password 4 Parallels Bundle License only shows upgrades to the Mac+Windows bundle, Windows version or Knox, but the 1password 5 for mac is specifically grayed out?

    Hi @dasil003‌

    It's greyed out because 1Password 5 is free to all 1Password 4 users. As you have a 1Password 4 for Mac licence you have no need to purchase anything.

    If you're getting a Trial Expired error it sounds like you will want to apply your licence file, here's our page on it, Adding a license to 1Password.
