Trouble Upgrading to 1Password 5

i have a Mac and Windows license for iPassword 4 - when I try to upgrade to 1Password 5 the store defaults to Knox - I don't want Knox - I want to upgrade to 1Password 5. I am posting here as there seems to be no other way to contact you.

    Are you saying you can't access this page or that you can but it doesn't offer you the chance to buy 1P5? For me it shows Knox and a number of different flavours of 1P.

    Hi @Hondomac,

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble upgrading. If you already own 1Password 4, then 1Password 5 for Mac is a free upgrade for you. Are you currently running OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)? 1Password 5 requires the latest Apple operating system, so if you're using Mavericks, you won't see the 1Password 5 update.

    If I'm misunderstanding your question here, please provide a bit more detail on where things are getting tangled up and we'll sort it out!

    Thanks Megan - given the free upgrade path, that may be why only the Knox option was available - thanks for the reply. I am now running the latest version of Yosemite and 1 Password 5 now - working well.
