Help With Installation
I am completely out of options and there doesn't seem to be a way to actually talk to anyone at one password. We just purchased the ap from the apple ap store for $49.99 and we must have done something wrong when we installed it because it's not working right. We put in our secure password and we can get to the ap i guess but we put in one credit card and tried going to the site for that credit card to try it out and it didn't do anything but ask for my user name and password like usual. When I log into one password, I can't get anywhere but the screen where you add credit cards, etc. There doesn't seem to be any way to go back and correct whatever we did wrong on installation. Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting started with 1Password! It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong - I think this is just confusion about the difference between Login items and Credit Card items.
It sounds like you created a Credit Card item, which is used to fill credit card forms when making a purchase on a website. If you want 1Password to help you sign into the online account associated with your credit card, you'll need to create a Login item, which is used for filling out website login forms (in other words, a Login item is specifically meant to store your username, password, and URL for a website).
