on computer 1password won’t let me sync with iCloud
iCloud sync looks like it’s working but goes back to “sync with “none””
iPhone is fine - think I goofed when signing up, but cannot fix it. Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks

Did you purchase your Mac license from the Mac App Store? Or was it directly from AgileBits on their web store. If it was from AgileBits and you are running version 5, you won't be able to use iCloud fro your Mac. Apple closed that [possibility when Yosemite was released. Now, only apps sold by Apple can use iCloud for syncing. You'll have to use Dropbox if you want a cloud syncing solution.

If you bought your license from Apple, then I'm not sure what to recommend.

    Hi @lamilss,

Can you tell us what versions of OS X and iOS you're using in addition to where you bought 1Password for Mac from, the App Store or our web store?

The reason I'm asking is that iCloud sync technologies has changed between Yosemite & iOS 8 and Mavericks & iOS 7. You can't mix and match versions like that anymore with iCloud sync. To use iCloud sync on iOS 8, you have to be using Yosemite and 1Password has to be purchased from the App Store.

I do understand it is confusing but we'll help you with this if you can answer our questions on figuring out your setup right now.
