___PluralTitles___
I've been using 1PW for many years now and all of a sudden (latest build) I get a "can't open app, please redownload it form apple store" so di removed my old app by using the App Zapper uninstaller utility, then I downloaded the 1Password-5.1.zip from the site, then I launched it, it found some data and then asked me to connect to dropbox and when i use it, I have PluralTItles in my left hand column for a few entries.. looks like entries 6-11 one is wifi passwords, one is databases one is bank accounts and i don't know what the others are supposed to be by the icons...

For anyone following this thread DO NOT ever use an application cleaner to delete 1Password if you want to retain your data for any other purpose. They often remove your data, along with the application.
Sorry I can't help with the central issue. Do you have regular backups of your system, in case you need to roll things back?

Hi @JSmith856,
Please do not use an app cleaning tool to remove 1Password or in general any apps until you get the app's support team telling you to do this. By using an app cleaning tool, you are effectively removing all traces of 1Password including your data files, backups, and so on. Without any system backups, you won't get your data back.
Can you reboot your Mac a few times and see if it works? It sometime happens because the app can't access the rest of the app files and a few users said rebooting the Mac a few times would fix the problem.
