I have a license, but V5 won't accept it?
I have had 1Password for years and love it. I was recently prompted to update 1Password on my Mac, and now it's telling me my "trial is expired" and I much purchase a license. Well, I already have a license, but it is not accepted when I enter it. It's trying to get me to buy another one. How do I solve this problem? I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1.

When did you buy that license? If it was for version 3 or earlier, the upgrade to version 4 required an upgrade payment? Is the related to your difficulties?

I checked our store using the email address you used for your account and I can only see a 1Password 3 license. Is it possible you bought 1Password 4 or 5 at the Mac App Store instead? To find out, open the Mac App Store, click on the Purchases tab, and see if 1Password shows up on the list.
