Devices don't sync

Hi, I purchased 1 password package for my mac, iphone and ipad a couple of years ago. It's version 3.8.22. I get prompts on my devices to upgrade but don't do it because it has never synced. Would upgrading solve this issue? I was at Apple the other day and the tech couldn't figure it out either. On my macbook pro it's checked to sync but the box is not enable when I click "sync".

    Do you want to update 1Password to the latest versions on the Mac and iOS devices or do you want to keep using the older 3rd version of iOS and Mac?

    1Password 3 for iOS does not support Dropbox anymore because Dropbox killed the API version we were using back then. The only way to keep syncing is to either switch to using Wi-Fi sync, which requires 1Password 3 for Mac, or you can upgrade to 1Password 4/5 for iOS and Macs and use either Dropbox, Wi-Fi, and iCloud (only available in the Apple store versions).

    Please let us know what you'd like to do.
