iCloud Sync
How do I exclusively use iCloud (not Dropbox nor WiFi) to sync between 2 different iCloud accounts? Ex. Husband and wife share a single 1Password between each of their iCloud accounts?

In short you cannot do this with iCloud. Dropbox and or WIFI is the best solution.
Apple has setup iCloud so it syncs with a users Apple ID and that data cannot be shared between ID's. Maybe this summer will hold changes who knows. We will just have to see what Apple unveils.

thightower is correct, that isn't currently possible with iCloud. If you want to share a vault or sync the same 1Password data with someone else, you'll need to use Dropbox sync instead. We have more information about that here: Share a vault
