Once AGAIN, I'm getting this message........ I have purchased this and we've gone over this before...... What do I have to do? I will not pay for it again......?????..... Lola

    Did you look at the sticky at the top of the forum? I assume you have as you say

    we've gone over this before

    If so, please explain why the sticky doesn't help and what, in your case, differs from what is mentioned in the sticky. We really need that information in order to be able to help you.

    When replying please confirm exactly what you see if you go to 1P > About 1Password.

    Hi @Lola,

    I checked your previous ticket and the last response was from us. We supplied instructions on how to retrieve your licence and apply it to your copy of 1Password.

    1. Did you receive this email from us?
    2. If you did, was it successful?
    3. If the answers to questions 1. and 2. are yes can you describe what has happened since then. Are you saying that it worked for a period of time and then the licence simply disappeared on the same machine?

    Given when you purchased 1Password we certainly are not expecting you to pay again. Once we gain a better idea of what has happened we'll of course do our best to resolve this.
