two versons
I downloaded 1password from the itunes store and then downloaded 1 password from the 1password web site. The 1password mini works but i get an error message that I have two 1passwords and it can't open either one.
Can I uninstall both and then reinstall one and still recover all the information now in the mini?

Hi @orrs12,
Are you getting the error message that says "We've Got a Problem / The system launched an incorrect version of 1Password mini." and lists two file paths? If so, this problem is actually due to a strange issue in Yosemite which causes it to open the wrong copy of 1Password mini. It can happen when Yosemite finds multiple copies of the 1Password app. The error message you receive should tell you where both copies of the 1Password app are located.
You don't need to uninstall both apps - you simply need to delete one of them. If you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, you'll want to keep that one (it should be called 1Password.app and located in the Applications folder). The one you downloaded from our website should be called 1Password 5.app. To delete it, just drag it to the Trash (don't use any app cleaning utilities) and empty the Trash. If it won't let you empty the Trash, restart your Mac and try again to empty it. That should take care of the problem.
Please let us know how it goes and if you need more help. Thanks!
