There should be a warning attached to this product, like "this should not be purchased by anyone without a degree in computer science".
Loads of great reviews out there but customer support is available only through online manuals & forums. Didn't realize I needed to spend a semester reading all the potential problems so I couldn't sync my older desktop because it's operating system didn't match. Updated that & 1pass still won't sync. Screwed up when I added my Apple ID to 1P & now am locked out of iCloud.
How do I just uninstall this from my laptop, desktop & phone so I can then spend a day resetting all my passwords & find another product that will actually work?
