Add Category

Can anyone tell me how to add a new category? I don't want to add ATM/bank cards under 'Credit Cards' and would like to create a separate category. Surely this is possible?

    I'm assuming you're using 1P5 as you haven't said what version you have. You can add any category that 1P uses by opening the main 1P app and going to 1P > File > New Item.

    If on the other hand you're asking whether you can create your own custom category the answer is no, you can't currently do that.

    Edit: I should have said that the significant advantage of keeping credit and bank card details in the Credit Cards category is that then 1P will fill in details of your cards for you if you are on a website that requires that. If you put the credit card details in a different category that won't happen.

    Hi @crouchie,

    Stephen_C is correct, our categories are hardcoded at the moment and we do not have custom categories. It has been requested but there is a lot of work needing done before such a feature can be added (the hardcoded nature of categories is extensive).
