Auto-Login Issues

I have about 75 password/automated logins saved. I'm an IT Professional and keep a very clean OS. I did a clean wipe of OS X Yosemite on my MacBook Pro Retina (mid-2014) about a month ago and very few of my auto-logins work now. I restored the date from my iCloud account and everything seemed fine, but I would say 80% of them no longer automatically login on both Safari and Chrome. Is there a way to clear the scripting that's happening behind the scenes so to speak, just keep the login/password and have 1Password re-learn the script on my next attempt? Not sure what's up, but it's frustrating to the point that I've considered switching to another solution. I purchase 1Password for Mac and iOS, so I would hate to throw that money away, but it's not helping me the way it once was. I've recommended 1Password to family and friends and they purchased as well on my advice but until I can figure out what's happening here, I don't think I can make any further recommendations.

Any advice on how to correct would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @cdgodfrey,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the 1Password browser extension after a clean install of Yosemite!

To make sure I understand, is the problem that the 1Password extension won't fill login forms on websites (i.e. it doesn't put the username and password in the appropriate fields on the page), or does it not automatically submit the form after filling it (i.e. it doesn't "click" the login/submit button after filling the login form)?

1Password never fills a login form on a website unless you explicitly tell it to do so by double-clicking a Login item in the main 1Password app, or by invoking the 1Password extension in your web browser (i.e. clicking the extension or using the ⌘\ keyboard shortcut). Once 1Password fills your login info, it should automatically submit that form unless you disable that feature (globally, or for individual Login items).

Can you let us know which of those two things is not working correctly? Or if it's something else entirely, please let us know. It will also help if you can tell us which exact version of 1Password is on your Mac, if you're using the web store or Mac App Store version of 1Password, and which version of the 1Password extension is installed in each browser. Thanks!
