Migrating Computers
Hi Guys - just a quick one. If I have been running a vault on 1password successfully for a while and have stored many logins, what happens when I upgrade to a new computer? Do I just install 1password on said computer and then put in my license and master password and all is good to go? Or are there any additional steps? Many thanks in advance!

Do you sync via Dropbox or iCloud? If so, I think you've pretty much described how it works. And I've moved from one Mac to another with the help of the migration assistant. In that case, everything just shows up and behaves like it always has.

AgileBits do not store your passwords themselves (unlike some other password managers) so it is up to you to move the information over to your machine. Hawkmoth has described the main methods for doing that.
