1 password mac vs 1 password mac 5

I was going to buy the 1 password mac + windows bundle while I noticed the 1 password mac 5 (iCloud sync functionality). Is there a comparison chart I can look at? Can someone please explain the differences?

    The main difference is that the version from Apple's App Store has iCloud sync, while Agile's version does not (due to restrictions by Apple, Agile would much prefer that the versions were the same).

    iCloud sync does not work with Windows anyway, but you can use Dropbox sync on all platforms.

    One advantage of buying direct from Agile is that, when the time comes for an upgrade to be chargeable (which may well be several years), they can offer a discount on the upgrade, but there is no way of doing that through the App Store.

    Also, an small updates take two or three weeks to get onto the App Store, because of Apple's procedures.

    Thanks @danco . I still see the 1 password mac 5 in the agile bit store too. To sum it up, the 1 password mac + windows bundle cannot sync to iCloud (because of apples restriction), nonetheless, I can use dropbox in this case?
