Odd issue: site uses "barcode" instead of username... 1Password 3.8

My local library's web site uses the barcode number off my library card, instead of a username to log in, plus a password. I can't get 1Password to enter anything into the spot, even though it originally saved the info from my first login. I have tried editing it, and unchecking the mark for username, but after saving it once again has the checkmark for username.

Anyone know of a work around for this?

    The first thing we'll need to do is confirm that you are indeed running 1Password 3.8 @MacDanny. 1Password 3 is quite a different piece of software from 1Password 4/5 so advice for one would be useless for the other.

    If you could just confirm that you are indeed still a 1Password 3 user (last version was v3.8.22) and then we'll proceed :smile:
