Hi, I installed 1password new to my mac & Iphone yesterday. Now when I try to access the website of my german email provider (www.gmx.net) and try to login, I always get the answer that the server is not working. Trying to access via my iphone is no problem though - !!?!?!? At first I thought it is just a temporary problem, but it's been like that for a good 15 h now. What could be the problem? Thanks, Ingrid from Germany

  • Hi @Ingloh,

Thanks for writing in. I can't think of a reason why 1Password would be affecting this. But we can run a test to see if this is the case. In Safari on your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences menu item, and select the Extensions in the Preferences window. Here you'll be able to uncheck 1Password's extension to temporarily disable it. While it's disabled, try loading gmx.net. I suspect you'll get the same results.

Let us know how this goes. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Rick
