Connecting two 1Passwords together

Yes—and there is usually more than one way to do that.
- If you want to share all of your passwords between each other you should be able to sync the 1P data with each other.
- If you want to share only some of your passwords you can do that too: see this knowledge base article about using multiple vaults.
Now, how you can sync will depend on the exact versions of 1P you and your wife are running. If you both go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there somebody will give you rather more precise guidance on how you can sync.

Depends on what you are willing to share. Dropbox sync should work if you don't mind having the same Dropbox. Or, with a bit more effort, a shared folder in Dropbox would also work.
Do you want to sync regularly, or is it just a one-off to avoid retyping?
You could even export passwords on one machine into a .pif file, physically move that file to the other and then import. That might be the easiest.

Hi @sgermano,
The best way to go about doing this is Dropbox sync. Let us know if you'd like 100% of the passwords to be shared between you and your wife, or if you'd still like some separate stuff, and we can get you setup. Dropbox sync will be the only viable option unless you both share the same Apple ID (most people don't).

Hello,
My wife has a 1password and I also have one. I wanted to be able to switch between her vault and mine. Is there anyway we could sync ours together instead having two separate accounts? I don't want to have to enter in all her passwords to mine I just want to be able to sync and get them and also get her updates when she changes/adds passwords. We are not using dropbox. Is it possible to do this through iCloud?

You could only use the same database on iCloud if you are both logged in with the same Apple ID. Apple hasn't made any provision to share iCloud data. You can share vaults if you are willing to use Dropbox instead.

Hi @sgermano,
I noticed you posted the same question in two different discussions, so I merged them together to avoid confusion.
It looks like the others here have already answered your questions, but if you need help with any of that, please let us know - we're here for you! :)
