I'm sorry you're having trouble with the 1Password extension in Chrome! We're a small company and don't have traditional inbound phone support, but we can certainly schedule a call if necessary. However, this might be very simply to solve in this forum discussion, so we'd love to try that first if you don't mind.
From the brief description in your subject, it sounds like the 1Password extension might not be installed in Chrome. In that case, please open the main 1Password app and go to the menu for 1Password > Install Browser Extensions. Or, if Chrome is not your default browser, then assuming you're using 1Password 4 or 5 for Mac, you can just open the following link in Chrome: https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
Follow the steps on the website to install the extension.
