Having just moved to Yosemite and downloaded v5 is there a need to retain v4? I also have a couple of Android devices.

If you are satisfied that all of your data have found their way into 1Password 5 successfully, you don't need to keep 1Password 5.

You will need a separate license for your Android devices. You can download a free trial from the Gopgle Play store, then buy a license when the 30 day trial period is over.

When you upgrade from 4 to 5 does the app not automatically move data from one to the other? I would have thought so.

I have had the app on android for some time now so I must have paid the fee. What is the current version for android?

    Thank you

When you installed version 5, did you answer the question about whether you previously have used the application? If so, it should have found your data and asked you for your master password. It would then have found and imported your data.

Sorry, I don't use the Android application, so I don't know the current version. Won't the Google Play store tell you that?

I am certain that I must have. As I look in 5 I see a lot of stuff.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Hi @golfgame,

1Password 4 and 1Password 5 use the same location for the support files so switching from one to the other is painless. Once done you can safely drag the copy of the 1Password 4 application to your Trash if you haven't already.

As for your Android question, I believe the latest version is 4.1.6.

    Hope that helps
