On an increasing number of websites 1Password fills only one of the two fields

I started noticing this on the citi.com site. If I hit the command backslash key only the password is entered, even though the sign in form was saved with a User ID entry and password. The same thing happens with Tidal HIFI. I enter in my saved credentials but the username is blank. In the 1Password record in both cases there are "username" and "password" fields.

MacPro 2014 12 cpus 64 gb memory running 10.9.5. 1password 4.4.3 (443000).

The usual solution for problems like this is to re-create and save the login manually. Sites tend to change background coding from time to time and when you re-create the login following that procedure 1P will re-learn the way the page works.
