1Password mini issue

Every time I logon to 1Password 5, I get an error saying that it's loaded the wrong 1Password mini file. The program works fine, but the error message is annoying. Any ideas?

Where does it tell you the other 1P mini is located? The message should tell you that. OS X Yosemite gets into a muddle about which 1P to launch if you have more than one copy of 1P on your Mac or on any disk permanently attached to your Mac. If you tell us where the duplicate copy is (from the full error message) we'll tell you what you need to do to deal with the problem.

Edit: I have deleted your duplicate post.

    Hi @sterback,

Stephen_C is spot on here. The error message should have informed you of the two different paths that it found 1Password mini. One will be the same as where you launched 1Password from, the other a second copy of 1Password you maybe didn't even know you had. Removing the redundant copy will resolve this. If you're not sure feel free to post a screenshot and we'll let you know what you need to do.

I have installed the latest updates and it seems to have disappeared. Honest, it's been driving me nuts for the past few weeks. I appreciate the assistance and if it shows up again, I'll get a screenshot and include it. Thanks guys.

@sterback Great to hear that the issue has been resolved. Definitely get back to us should it reappear.
