Safari extension tries to install every time

On my MacBook Air (13-inch, early 2014) running 10.10.2, every time I open the Safari browser (version 8.0.3 (10600.3.18)) I get a message to install the 1Password extension - even though I already have the latest extension installed. This has also happened a few times with the Firefox browser.

Is there any fix for this yet?

    Hi @tbar12,

We've seen an issue in Safari where the 1Password extension disappears each time Safari is opened, although I don't know if that's the same issue you're running into or not. When you get that error in Safari again, try going to Safari > Preferences > Extensions. Is the 1Password extension still installed? And if so, is it enabled? Does it show up in the Safari toolbar?

The solution will depend on whether the 1Password extension is actually being removed each time you open Safari, or if it's installed and working but you're getting that message anyway. It will also help if you can let us know the version of the main 1Password app on your Mac, as well as the 1Password extension in Safari. Thanks!
