Multiple Vaults: Why can I just add a maximum of three?

I've got three Vaults - all of them synced with a local folder.

I'd like to add more vaults (a total minimum of five) to share them with multiple departments, as shown here: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-mac/5/en/topic/multiple-vaults

As you can see, I'm not able to add a new vault, as the menu ("Neuer Tresor ...") is grey.

Has anyone a suggestion why?

    Well, I actually found the problem. You should have selected your primary vault, if you want to add a new vault.
