URL matching issues

I am seeing the same issue described in this older thread, but I just installed 1Password yesterday (so I have latest version). When I visit site9.company.com, 1Password mini is showing matches for things like site1.company.com, site2.company.com, site3.company.com, etc.. It seems to matching anything ending with "company.com", and unfortunately the password for the URL I'm actually visiting is hidden behind the "Show n more items" button. Note that I do NOT have "lenient url matching" checked.

It sounded like this was fixed in the thread below, so did it creep back in at some point? This makes the product almost unusable in a setting where you have many subdomains that share a common domain (businesses, universities, etc.). Is there an easy fix for this?

    Hi @AC-PDX,

Can I just confirm what you're describing please.

You have Login items for say site1.company.com through to site9.company.com. Each correctly records the website field and only that that one field in each. Yet if you visit the URL of one of these existing Login items the top entry isn't the correct one?

Are any of these items set as favourites at all?

I don't have a site like this in my own logins but one of the other team members found the matching was behaving as expected (which counters your observation). So we'll need to understand your situation a little better before we'll be able to determine what is going on.

In addition to what @littlebobbytables asked, I was wondering about this:

When I visit site9.company.com, 1Password mini is showing matches for things like site1.company.com, site2.company.com, site3.company.com, etc..

Do any of your Login items have site9.company.com as the URL domain in their website fields, e.g. https://site9.company.com/some/page? If not, that could be why you're seeing matches for other company.com subdomains when visiting site9.company.com.

You can add multiple URLs to a Login item when it's desirable to have more than just one.

    I hope this helps. :)
