I have deleted your email address. This is a public forum and posting it here will be an irresistible temptation to spammers.

What happens when you go to 1P > Check for Updates...?

    Hi @Barny,

I'm surprised by the date you mention. That doesn't seem to match the last version of 1Password 4 released and lies between releases 5.0.2 and 5.1.

If you're currently running Mavericks (OS X 10.9) and you're running 1Password 4.4.3 then you're running the latest version.

If you're running Yosemite (OS X 10.10) and you have a valid 1Password 4 licence then you're eligible to update to 1Password 5 at no cost.

How you update depends on where you purchased 1Password for Mac. If you'd purchased via Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) then you'd have been nagged to update as you went so it seems safe to say you've purchased 1Password for Mac from us. If that's the case then probably the easiest way forward is to drag your copy of the 1Password 4 application to your Trash and simply download a copy of 1Password 5 from our AgileBits Download page.

Just one thing I'd like to add though, 1Password 4/5 was a paid upgrade from 1Password 3. So a 1Password 3 licence isn't enough by itself to run 1Password 4/5. I don't know if that's applicable or not but I just thought I'd mention it.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
