I signed up for the service about a week ago and now they're offering 30% off. Is there anything that can be done. Saving a few bucks here and there is really important to me.

Thanks!

In fairness to AgileBits (and other sellers that have sale pricing), where do you draw the line? Yesterday, last week, last month, etc?

If you purchased your license from the AgileBits web store, they have a 30-day money back guarantee. It this applies to you, send your purchase information to support+licenses@agilebits.com with your license information (email address you used to purchase, name, and date of purchase) and a link to this thread. They will consider your case and probably make an adjustment.

If you bought from Apple, AgileBits would have no way to help you with a refund for the difference. I've heard of Apple giving refunds, but never adjustments for a sale that began after a buy. Also be careful asking for a refund from Apple. If they give you one, you might lose access to buying the same application again.

Does the 30% sale also apply to upgrades?

Hi, @dk9, thanks for asking. Discounts aren't really stackable, so it's either the upgrade discount or the St. Patrick's Day sale discount, not both. In your case, the upgrade discount is likely a better deal. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
