Secret Not Accepted for Wifi Sync

I am unable to perform a wifi sync between my Mac and either iPhone or iPad, Although everything seems to setup correctly, the secret text is rejected every time. I've triple checked the spellings and done it multiple ways to make it work, i.e., all caps, no spaces, leave a space at the front, and usually just copied the text and leave spaces between the "words." I'm using the same wifi network in all cases. I have disabled my firewall just in case. Suggestions?

I now regret downloading this app from this website rather than the App Store having discovered in doing it this way that I cannot therefore do an iCloud sync. In any case, can't get a sync "no how."

Just in case it is an issue, my devices are all on beta modes, i.e., 10.10.3 latest beta and 8.3 latest beta.

    Hi @bondrk,

Can I just confirm, is the error message you're receiving this one?

Just to let you know there is no leading space, no uppercase characters and spaces between words is optional but it will work both with and without.

Obviously if you're seeing a different error please let us know exactly what it says and if you're still having issues then screenshots may help. Don't worry too much about showing us the Wi-Fi secret as if you right click on it you can generate a new one for when you get it set up properly.

Just to let you know that alongside Wi-Fi Sync there is also Dropbox which works across all platforms. Not just that but you did only purchase 1Password for Mac in the last day or so meaning if you really want iCloud Sync we can process a refund for you and free you to purchase it from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS). If that is something you want I just need you to state it for us before we can proceed but you do have a 30 day refund window from when you purchased. That's just with us by the way, if you purchase 1Password for Mac from Apple and decide you want a refund you are limited by whatever refund policy they have as we have no control there at all.

Please do keep us informed regarding the Wi-Fi Sync if you decide to persevere with it as I'm curious as to why it isn't accepting your Wi-Fi secret.
