Com-\ does not work

in Mac

1PW 5.1 and mini are installed on my Mac running OS 10.10.2.

Problem is the Com-\ does not work.

Suggestions?

    @kenage - could you tell us what happens when you do press CMD+. Are you viewing a login page when you use that shortcut? If the username and password fields aren't showing, 1Password won't have anyplace to fill your credentials. If you are on a login page and use the shortcut, does anything happen?

    Hi @kenage,

    Have you also installed the browser extension for the browser's you normally use? The ⌘\ keyboard shortcut is specifically for filling in on the active web page. This requires both a valid Login item and the extension to be installed as the extension acts as the middleman between the browser and 1Password mini.

    If you're concerned that something isn't working with 1Password mini a better test is the ⌥⌘\ keyboard shortcut as this opens the 1Password mini menu regardless of a visible web page, browser or extension being present.

    Once we have a better idea of how it isn't working and in what situation we'll do our best to assist.
