Restore did not include multiple vaults

Hello, I searched but only found similar problems, solutions not applicable for me. Here's my problem.
MacBookPro with Yosemite 10.10.2 and 1Password (using the app store version this time).
Primary Vault backing up to iCloud with 3 other Vaults backing up to Dropbox.
Yosemite FileVault wrecked my HD and it had to be reinitialized. 1Password reinstall restored the primary vault fine, but not the other "multiple" vaults. All WERE working fine before the MBP problem (and are still working fine on my iPad and iPhone.) My Dropbox folder doesn't show separate backups for each vault, just one backup. I tried doing a restore, using a backup dated before the HD problem, but same problem. I can't seem to use a TC backup because it's treating my computer like it's a different computer. I'm getting worried. I really need these items. I only set them up for the first time recently and realize now I should have copied instead of moving items. I sure hope you can help. Thanks.

    Hi @cinthia,

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having such trouble with your computer - that's never any fun.

First of all, it's great to hear that you've got all your data on your iOS devices, that gives us a few extra options for getting your data sorted out. Now, I want to get just a bit more detail from you to make sure I understand the situation properly before we start moving forward:

    • Your MacBookPro currently has only your primary vault in 1Password (which is synced using iCloud)
    • Your iPhone and iPad have the primary vault (synced with iCloud), as well as your 3 secondary vaults.

Can you please check the sync settings of each of your secondary vaults and confirm that they are, indeed, syncing to Dropbox? Take note of the file path for each vault. In Dropbox, can you locate all 3 keychains after verifying the file path on your iOS device? They may be in subfolders and not at the root of your Dropbox folder.

If you can find these keychain files in Dropbox, to re-add them to your copy of 1Password on your Mac, all you need to do is double click on the 'vaultname.agilekeychain' file in Dropbox. 1Password will open and prompt you for that vault's Master Password.

Please let me know if this helps!
