Using 1 Password as a Company

My company is looking at purchasing 1password however we have a few questions....can anyone tell me if you issue a overall password to employees and then they leave the company can you block them from access to the sites?

    In essence, once you have shared a 1P vault you can't "un-share" that vault. You could change the master password for the vault but the "old" vault still in the possession of the departing employee could still be opened using the old master password. You'd need, in some way, physically to recover the vault—which might be a challenge, of course.

    Of course, you could change all the passwords on the sites in the "lost" vault—but that might be quite a hassle, even with 1P, depending on the number of sites for which you have to do that.
