Database disk image is malformat

Hello,

since a couple of weeks i become that message on my 1PW. What can i do to fix ist? I can no save datas and also my PWds not get saved when i save them with browser Extension.

What can i do? I use a Mac Pro with Yosemite

    Hello @Webmaster,

    I'm sorry to hear you're getting this error message. I have found some previous forum posts about the same error, and found a couple solutions.

    You can try restoring from a recent backup (if you can find a backup created before you started seeing the error message), as mentioned in this thread.

    And if that doesn't work, perhaps this user's suggested solution will work: uninstall, reinstall, sync. You haven't mentioned whether you are currently syncing with Dropbox, iCloud, or anything else, so if you're going to try this, please make sure you set up sync before you uninstall.
