Won't accept Master Password + Interference with Time Capsule

Recently upgraded my OS to OS X Yosemite. Also upgraded to 1P5 because 1P4 stopped working with Mini and then Mini disappeared (??)

Problem 1: Now 1P5 won't accept my Master password. And Mini is still MIA.

Problem 2: 1Password seems like it is blocking my laptop's scheduled backups to Time Capsule. This has happened ever since I reinstalled the OS, but not prior. I've visited Apple Genius Bar twice and have been directed to AgileBits to get help with this issue.

Very frustrated. Cannot access my passwords. Cannot use Mini. Cannot backup to Time Capsule. Help!

    Figured out Mini problem. Upgrading to 1P5 did in fact solve the issue of it disappearing or not working with 1P4. My actual problem was the icon change. Didn't recognize the new mini icon.

    Still cannot figure out why 1Password is interfering with Time Capsule. Really want to solve this as it has been going on since October!!

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password! But I'm glad upgrading to version 5 helped to solve some of the issues you mentioned.

    I don't know how/why 1Password would be interfering with your Time Machine / Time Capsule. Can you please elaborate on that and let us know some more details about what happens? Are you getting any error messages from 1Password or Time Machine? If so, what do the errors say? How were you able to determine the problem is related to 1Password? Or if someone at the Apple Genius Bar was the one who thinks 1Password is causing the problem, did they say why?

    Hopefully we'll have a better idea of what is happening once we know more about the problem. Thanks!
