When I tried to download new 1Password it didn't install and now I cannot open the program.

The icon in the menu bar disappeared, and when I go to Applications I get an error saying to check if 1Password works with this version of OS X. Since I ordered this from the website and not from an App store I cannot find how to re-download the program. I

    As an add-on, I am using Yosemite V 10.10.3

    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.

    You can re-download 1P5 (which I assume is the version you're using) from this link.
