Domain Matching Issue
Hi,
I have lenient URL matching turned off, but when I try to use the command-\ shortcut for "http://ovidsp.ovid.com.libaccess.lib.mcmaster.ca" it shows the entry for that as well as the one for "http://mcmaster.ca". Is there a way to make it automatically select the first option for that specific domain, and the second (broader) option for all other domains involving "mcmaster.ca"?
Thanks so much!

Hi @nikhita95,
I suspect I know the cause here. After reading your post I opened two tabs, one for each of the URLs you kindly supplied us. Thank you for that, it really does help
Anyway, http://ovidsp.ovid.com.libaccess.lib.mcmaster.ca/ redirected instantly to https://libraryssl.lib.mcmaster.ca/libaccess/login.php?url=http://ovidsp.ovid.com/
I'm guessing that none of your Login items have the exact subdomain
libraryssl.lib.mcmaster.ca
and with no exact match 1Password will show all domain matches as a best guess. As none of the subdomains match it's ordering all of your items in alphabetical order based on their titles. You could either change the ovidsp.ovid.com.libaccess.lib.mcmaster.ca to the new URL or even adding https://libraryssl.lib.mcmaster.ca/libaccess/login.php as a second website field to the appropriate Login item would work. Once you have a Login item with this URL stored you should find ⌘\ returns to the normal behaviour
If you have any questions or this doesn't behave as I've suggested do please ask/tell us.

Thanks so much for your help! I ended up putting the specific URLS instead of just mcmaster.ca, and it seems to be working now.
