Delete and Re-Download

I used 1PW several years ago and don't recall the master - I just want to start over. I deleted it, ran a MAC clean program and downloaded from Apple -- it still asks for the old Master PW -- what else can I do? Thanks -

    You should follow the proper procedure for starting over. I hope that won't prove tricky now you've done it another way. On the assumption you were using 1P4 or 1P5 take a look at this knowledge base article:

    Hi @mcomaille,

    As you can see, the program is quite separate from the support files i.e. your vault. As long as you're running 1Password 4 or 5 then the guide Stephen_C pointed you to will help :smile:
