Upgrade to Windows License

Hi. I own a 1Password Mac 5 license. From various threads here, I understand that I can purchase a Windows license at upgrade pricing.

I can't seem to figure out how to get this done, however. The upgrade page asks for my 1Password License number, but I don't have any number. All I have is the license file itself. Is there a way to extract the number from that file? If not, how should I proceed?

If you bought 1P5 from the AgileBits store the best thing to do is to send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

1. your full name;
2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
3. the approximate date you bought 1P;
4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
5. a request for a price for the Mac/Windows bundle;
6. a link to this thread.

You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.

(As you refer to a 1P5 licence I'm assuming you bought 1P5 from the AgileBits store. If you bought from the Mac App Store do the same as I mentioned above but just give your full name and address, include the request and link to this thread—but instead of the date you bought 1P5 include evidence of your purchase from the Mac App Store.)
