When I open 1Password nothing shows up

For some reason the information on my 1Password is missing. It remains on my desk top but not on my IPhone or IPad Can you help me to reinstate it.

    I'm sorry you've having this problem! If I understand, it sounds like you have all your 1Password data on your Mac, but don't have any of your 1Password data on your iPhone or iPad?

    If so, it will help us if you can give a few more details about the problem and your setup:

    • What exactly do you see when you open the 1Password app on your iPhone and iPad?
    • Did you used to have all your 1Password data on your iOS devices? If so, when did it disappear?
    • Did you delete and reinstall the 1Password app on your iPhone and/or iPad?
    • Aside from your Mac, iPhone, and iPad, what other devices/computers are you syncing with 1Password (if any)?
    • What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
    • How are you syncing your data (Dropbox, iCloud, Wi-Fi Sync)?
    • Is the sync still set up in the sync settings of 1Password on all devices/computers?

    Once we have those details, we should have a better idea of what's going on and how to get it all working again. Thanks!
