Dropbox Sync without Dropbox App installed?

can I sync 1password with dropbox without the dropbox app beeing installed on my phone?

    Yep! If you don't have the app installed, Dropbox should open right up in your browser. :)

    Sounds good. Thanks. Because Iam only using dropbox for my diary app and 1pw. So its good to hear that I can safely uninstall the app from my phone and tablet.

    I tried the following while installing a new custom Android rom some days ago as a test and when i linked 1Password to my Dropbox for the first time without the app installed, it asked me to open one of my installed browsers.

    Then the standard Dropbox authorization procedure to link the device appears and once it's done, you won't have to bother anymore. Not a bad thing because the Dropbox app is getting bigger and bigger. It was taking 65 MB on my phone (App+Data).

    Thanks for the info! :) It will indeed work just like this without the Dropbox app installed.
