My Dropbox 1Password.html only lists new logins [Try File Menu > Repair 1Password Vault]

Since my upgrade to 1Password version 4, my 1Password.html only has new logins but not old logins. My desktop 1Password shows many logins but my 1Password.html only shows 5 logins (the 5 I just added before sync). When I do a 1Password sync on my android phone, my 1Password app now only lists 5 logins instead of the long list of logins listed on my 1Password desktop app.
