Difference between 1Pw 5 for mac and 1pw 4 for Windows

Hello, what exactly are the difference between the Mac and PC version of 1Password? Has the Mac version more features?

    Hi @ntimo,

    1Password 5 for Mac and 1Password 4 for Windows have different version numbers because they are developed independently. When we initially launched 1Password, it as a Mac-only app, and we've had significantly more time to develop and improve this platform. 1Password for Windows wasn't written for another 4 years.

    At this time, there are a few differences in the way the Mac and Windows versions work and a few small features that don't quite match up (Auto-Type and Diceware on Windows, for example) but we are striving towards feature parity for 1Password across all platforms that we offer 1Password on.
