Copy card functionality

I have been trying to find a way to copy a card and paste it and then change the entries. I find it much more easier to do than creating a card from scratch specially on iOS. Could you please direct me towards the right process of copy/paste a card on iOS?

It sounds like you are trying to duplicate an item? Unfortunately we do not currently have such a function on iOS, but our developers are aware of the desire, and are considering it for a future release.

Its hard to believe that this feature has not been asked. I'm trying to evaluate if 1Password is a viable switch from eWallet which I have been using for years. It has has this feature for over a year now and makes adding cards so much easier on iOS. Do you know why this functionality has not been developed and when it would be available?

I searched your forum and have seen people requesting this feature from back in 2014.

@gav70: Indeed, we've had a handful of requests for a 'duplication' feature on iOS over the years. Most 'power users' tend to be on the desktop though, but this may be a feature we add in the future as more of us use mobile devices more frequently.

As for the "why", we have a lot of customers with a lot of feature requests, and they all must compete for limited resources. The ones which can benefit the greatest number of users tend to make the cut. And while obviously I cannot say when a non-existant feature might be brought into being, I appreciate you letting us know that you'd like us to add this. Cheers! :)

I'm sure this is not the right contest but I would add my request to all of those have already asked for duplication feature. For those like me that only have 1Password on their iPhone this feature is of a great value. Is there an official way to ask for duplication feature to be done on the iPhone app?
