IOS and OSX still no sync after all checks and iCloud reset

Hello, a couple of hours after starting I'm throwing in the towel. I have tried all your trouble shooting suggestions up to and including iCloud reset. If if making a new entry on any device, it is not synced to other device or OSX desktop or vice versa. For over a year it has worked flawlessly until recently upgrading 1 Password 6.0 and IOS 9.0

Very frustrating.

What should I do?
