App crashed

Crashed several times but let me back in. Today when I put in my Unlick Code I just get a black screen. Help!

    I have B & my IOS is 9.1. It let me back in this morning but it still didn't let me in after I put my code in, but then let me in the 2nd time. It asked if I wanted to send an anonymous report in.

    Thanks, @karenS2015. B is 1Password 3 for iOS which was retired in 2012. To use 1Password on iOS 9 you'll need 1Password 6 for iOS, which you can download here:
