    @faiths as your post relates to 1P for iOS I have moved the post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P for iOS forum where you will get more help.

    For a start please tell us:

    • What version of 1Password for iOS you are using
    • Whether you sync your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
    • If relevant, what sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)
    • Whether you have recently changed your master password

    Master password won't unlock on IPhone. IOS 9.1
    Version 1Password 5
    Wanted to sync to ICloud but not an option in my menu.
    I have access on my Mac Air Version 10.11 using my Master Password but that password won't open my I Phone

    Please reply to the last question in my previous post: have you recently changed your master password? (If so, please confirm on which device it was changed.)

    Hi @faiths,

    So I have a couple of questions.

    1. What version of 1Password for Mac are you running? In particular we need to know if it's the Mac App Store version or the AgileBits Store version given you want to sync via iCloud.
    2. When you say your Master Password won't unlock 1Password for iOS, does this mean you have a vault on your iOS device? Did you somehow sync the vault from your Mac to the iOS device in the past?
    3. If you don't have a vault are you saying you are trying to set up 1Password for iOS and while trying to unlock the vault that should have come from your Mac it won't let you?

    As you can see, the goal at the moment is to try and learn a bit more about your situation as we really don't know much yet. As we learn a bit more we'll hopefully understand what might have happened and the best route forward.
