Need help, my new iPhone 6s Plus is not syncing, but everything else is working, Mac, and iPad

My Mac and iPad are syncing when I add a new password, but when I check my iPhone 6s Plus, the password doesn't change. For example, I changed my Linkedin password on the Mac, it changed in my iPad, but not the iPhone 6s Plus. I went and changed another password, and the same thing happened. I went to my preferences to check the iCloud account, and everything is working as it should be there.
