Where is my auto fill ?

Switched to new phone. All is well, except the auto fill feature doesn't seem to work. Ideas?

@gayemacy: 1Password doesn't autofill; it on;y takes action when you tell it to.

Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.

The more information you can give, the better. For instance, are you having trouble with specific sites? If you can tell us the URLs in particular you're having trouble with we'll be happy to test them and try to offer a solution, workaround, and improvements in the future!

That said, in many cases manually saving a new login for the site will allow 1Password to save additional information from the form (even better using the 1Password browser extension on the computer, if that is an option for you). Just try these steps:

1. Navigate to the website
2. Enter your login credentials
3. Tap the 'key' icon (or the Share button, to use the extension in Safari) to bring up the login menu
4. Tap + New Login
5. Tap Save
6. Close the webpage and tap the URL in your new login item to have 1Password fill it
7. Tap the "Sign in"/"Log in" button to submit the form

Hi Brenty- love your pirate! I'm looking for the Autofill button that appears when I'm in a form that wants my name, or email, or possibly the whole caboodle as in a billing information form. The Autofill button is not appearing as an option

Wait - !! Just my iPhone 6S+ is autofilling. My Mac is not. I have 1P ver. 5.4, Mac is ver 10.10.5. Just upgraded from 5 to 6S+ iPhone, if that has anything to do with it. iCloud keychain is checked.

iCloud Keychain is actually a totally separate and unrelated thing from 1Password.

Have you installed the 1Password extension for your web browser on your Mac? You can find that here:
