How can I cancel the 10$ upgrade?

I want to cancel the 10$ version. Don't even need my 10$ back just get this off my screen. Enough?

    Hi @dianamd,

    If you simply don't want to use 1Password any more, and there's nothing we can do to help you find 1Password for iOS enjoyable and indispensable as part of your iOS usage then removing the app would get it off your screen. I genuinely don't know what Apple's refund policy on in-app purchases is I'm afraid, I know at least in Europe they do offer a refund window on purchases but I don't know if that covers in-app purchases and any refund would have to come from Apple as the store owner.

    Is there anything we can do to help you though? Is there something bugging you about the Pro features or did you try 1Password out and decide it simply wasn't for you? If we can help we will :smile:

    No way to enter new website information that I can tell so I can't even enter a new site. How is this done? Cannot find any answer in the ebook I downloaded.

    I think the best place to start is here in the user guide that, and the following pages, explain clearly how to add a new item in 1P6 for iOS.

    The simplest way forward once you've done that is to use the in-built 1Password browser—so have a look, too, at this part of the user guide:

    1Browser

    It may all feel a little like hard work when you're starting out but you'll soon get the hang of it once you've saved and used the first few items—and it really is worthwhile to have all your critical information safely saved in 1P and available at all times.

    Hi @dianamd,

    There are two sections in our guide that if you haven't seen already (you might have) will be of interest.

    1. Creating items
    2. Create a new Login item in Safari

    Now if you have already seen them they may still serve a purpose. They will allow you to help us understand exactly at what point something is working as the guide suggests it should do in terms of step x was okay but then at step y this is what I saw. That should allow us to really understand where it's going wrong for you at the moment.

    No help at all. Still cannot enter a www that I can use in the new 10$ version. First explanation did not address web site info and second was unreadable to me.
